About Mission Of Love
Mission of Love is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing immediate help to hurting people mainly in Newark, New Jersey. We help meet the needs of people who are homeless, below the poverty level, victims of drug and alcohol abuse, illnesses, with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.” We want to empower them to overcome hardship, and to inspire them to change their community from the inside out.

OUR NONPROFIT SHARES THE GOOD NEWS...
As believers, we think that our responsibility is complete when we share the good news of salvation found in Jesus to those who don’t yet know Him. However, our responsibility does not end when we share the good news or even when a person comes to faith in Christ. We are called to teach others in the ways of God and help them to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 3:18). This is where discipleship comes in; disciples belong to God and He is the only one who creates real growth, then what’s our role? According to 1 Corinthians 3:5 and 9 we are “servants” and “co-workers in God’s service.” In other words, we collaborate with God to make disciples. The Holy Spirit does the discipling and gets the credit, but He allows us to join Him in the work of making disciples.
